In January 2010, SGBL acquired the majority of stake in SG Cyprus. Consequently, the bank’s name has  become ‘Société Générale Bank – Cyprus’ (SGBCy).

Société Générale Bank Cyprus has been active in Cyprus since the early 1980’s. Today, it is the only bank in Cyprus operating with non-European capital, and holding a Cypriot license that enables it to address both resident and non-resident clients, whether individuals or enterprises.

SGBCy operates through 7 branches throughout Cyprus and offers a wide range of products and services.
